Customer risk is the management of enterprise customers, due to various uncertainties, the company received from the customer's actual earnings and expected benefits of the deviation must occur so that the possibility of business loss. Customers in enterprise marketing risk is a common form of risk.With the formation of the world economic crisis, businesses increasingly complex marketing environment, companies face in marketing to customers the risks continue to grow. Although many companies maintain normal operations, customer risk is the accumulation of constantly. Once the risk of the outbreak, businesses may suffer serious losses. At present, the business-to-customer awareness of the risk is still relatively weak, the lack of systemic risk to customers and systems management. Therefore, the study of science and risk management clients, customers establish a sound risk management system is a witch enterprise marketing management of practical problems to be resolved.In this paper, a theory in economics and marketing based on customer risk in the content, features and the status quo based on customer risk management procedures and objectives, building a model of customer risk analysis, risk customers into risk for the customer choice, customer satisfied with the risks, customer credit risk, risk the loss of four types of customers, and try to identify the depth of the formation of various types of risk.
