Xiangtan Pingan Electric Group Co,Ltd is a medium-sized manufacturing company, whose main products are all kinds of mine ventilators. She is also one of the six backbone companies admitted by the Xiangtan base of Chinese torch plan. And now is cooperating with a series of universities such as Xibei University, Mining university of China, and so on. Therefore, she has strong ability on researching and sale. She founds integrated management system, constitutes clear development stratagem, sets up a sale net all over the main diggings of China, and owns ample human resource and financial resource and abundant technology power. Her performance is excellent in the same industry. Even so, she is not satisfied with the current outstanding achievement, and decides to import the model for excellent performance. So as to she can form a seeking excellent performance enterprise culture and an excellent management system. For this reason, this thesis launches research around how to import the model for excellent performance in the company.The full thesis divides into five parts altogether. The first part introduces the researching background and meaning, puts forward the question should be discussed, describes several models for excellent performance and my researching way. The second part introduces the company's overview , deeply analyses the company's management status, points out a series of problems exist in current management system, and explains the reason that the company import the model for excellent performance. The third part brings forward scheme for carrying out the criteria for performance excellence. The fourth part describes how to implement the scheme, and puts forward some solving methods for potential difficulties. Some guarantee steps are adopted in order to ensure the success for implement the criteria. The last part makes the conclusion that the company will improve her management performance.I hope that the research will contribute to help the company implementing the criteria, improve the company's competition power, and realize excellent performance.
