Since the Reform and Opening Up, most of the private enterprises developed from the family management, proving that this management was reasonable and proper at the beginning, because those family companies applying the method ever achieved a high-efficiency and still it continues creating such high efficiency. But with the development of enterprises, defects by the management posed unavailingly, becoming the obstacle for companies, and made them not transit into another phase even went bankruptcy. As a result, the analysis and study in management of the enterprises turns an important study project to solve problems about the sustainable development for them.Based on the above considerations, this paper put forward a "person" as the core, take the idea innovation, strategy innovation, system innovation and organizational innovation for content management innovation and the idea of solving problems of the management of countermeasures.Firstly, this paper reviews scholars on family enterprise and management innovation meaning the different views, each progression type, proposed the family enterprises, family enterprise management, family enterprise management innovation of the meaning and components.Secondly, analyzed the current family enterprise management innovation development process and existing problems, and pointed out the family enterprise management of existence has some shortcomings, has been clear about these issues objectively demands to create a new management ways in order to promote the healthy and rapid development of family enterprises.Again, application management innovation theory and combining with China's family, the present situation of the management innovation of enterprise to suit the development status of Chinese family business management innovation factors and obstacle is analyzed.At last, this paper combining theory with practice, the author in the work - Shanghai Siyuan Company as a case, makes a positive analysis and proposed management innovation strategy.
