With the deepening of reform and development,China's private economy,dominated by family enterprises,has developed rapidly.At present,the most family businesses have entered the mature period and transition period,the founder of the first generation of family enterprise is mostly over 60,the enterprise such as family relationship,organization structure and wealth inheritance problem is increasingly highlighted,including intergenerational inheritance become the primary problem of most family enterprises,because it not only affect the enterprise itself,but also affect the enterprise internal and external stakeholders.In reality,due to the lack of systematic inheritance theory,it is difficult to carry out the family business inheritance smoothly.This paper tries to through the study of the comparative study of family business succession at home and abroad,with SZ company as an example,through the analysis of the inheritance problem to solve,so as to provide reference for the inheritance of national small and medium-sized family businesses,this is a realistic significance for the paper writing.Firstly,in this paper,by analyzing the family business,intergenerational inheritance and the relative concepts of family culture,the analysis on the history and status quo of development of family enterprises,compares the different culture under the background of family business and the way of inheritance,and reveals the family business between generations have periodic characteristic.Secondly,through the horizontal comparison and case analysis,further cause of family firms in the United States,Japan and China's background,characteristics and contrasted the traditional model,summarizes the general rule of the development of family enterprises and the particularity of Chinese family businesses,the family culture and the relationship of the family enterprises in China,and concluded that Chinese family business intergenerational inheritance is mainly affected by cultural factors,social environment and the influence of ethical factors and personal factors.Then,based on the actual situation of SZ company,the existing problems and reasons of SZ company are analyzed.Furthermore,the conditions and constraints of the company's intergenerational transmission are further analyzed.Finally,the design of the intergenerational inheritance scheme for SZ company is from the organizational level,cultivate successor,hire professional managers,and succession planning from four aspects of planning,and to ensure its smooth implementation provides a practical and feasible Suggestions.
