Application Research On Event Certificate Automaticly Generating Accounting Voucher

Events method accounting theory was proposed by professor George H. Sorter in the 1960s, the core idea is:accounting objective should be provide useful information related to economic matters in all decision-making model. While the traditional accounting method assume that the information needed by information user is assurance and concrete, which can satisfy the demand of fixed mode. The limitation of traditional accounting information focus on "accountability view", and events method can offer a variety of information according to the information user's demand, which make the role of modern accounting information system transformate "decision-making availability". The events method didn't make matters at big echo, mainly due to lack of technical support.Judging from the current situation, events method theory is not sufficient,more scholars only accounted for the framework of events method, didn't do thorough research on key branches, but from the reverse side, events method theory has broad research space.Extensive application of network information technology, events method application in accounting information systems becomes a reality. Events accounting information processing method in the advantages of logic more and more attention. In this paper, events accounting theory as a guide to network information technology support, in-depth study the following questions:1.Contrast the traditional accounting process and ERP, after preliminary classification and design for event certificate(key element of events method), briefly introduct the events method of accounting processes, mainly to explain the process of event certificate generated in account voucher; 2.Events method is compatible with the traditional accounting.ie. the automatic generation mechanism of events certificate to accounting voucher, mainly discussed new knowledge for accounting voucher in accounting informatization,the problem of setting accounting titles, logic, model design in automatic generating mechanism; 3.the key to a particular type of business, ie sales/ collection business descript the principle of auto-generated; 4.in accordance with the above idea implement automatically generated Design, and use their specific enterprise business to test logic and technical feasibility.This key of this issue view the " events certificate "as the carrier of collecting data, is compatible with the current accounting system, introduct the process of events certificate to accounting voucher, realize through computer automation.
