Empirical Research On The Relationship Between Transformation Of Financial Structure And Upgrade Of Industrial Structure In China

So far ,there has not got consistant conclusion about the mutual function between the financial structure transformation and the upgrading of industrial structure .the focus of this paper is to study the relationship between of them ,if there is mutual function between them ,and then ,what kind of mechanisms do they influence each other ?This paper uses the relevance theory of the financial structure transformation and the upgrading of industrial structure to analyse the mutual function between the financial structure transformation and the upgrading of industrial structure .By means of using theoretical model ,it demonstrates they do affect each other interactively .and then ,it describes the current situation of our financial structure transformation and the upgrading of industrial structure and analyses them statistically ,the result indicates the relevance between them and the present existing problems.Chapter Five processes the empirical analyses within above theoretical model frame ,and verifies the mutual promotion between them .Then use VAR model and variance decomposition to analyse the contributions between them .At last ,the conclusion is that the transformation of financial structure and the upgrading of industrial structure affect each other interactively and obviously .with the transformation of financial structure ,the upgrading of industrial structure can be seen in the decrease of the proportion of the first industry ,and the increase of the second ,the third industry ,especially the proportion of the third industry will greatly increase .this also proves the features of the upgrading of the industrial structure in China.That means the production elements shift among the industrial.the trend has been changed from "one ,two ,three"to "three,two ,one",while the increase of gross of national economy is mainly driven by the second ,the third industry now which was driven by the first ,the second industry mainly before.During the upgrading of industrial structure ,the largest contribution to the transformation of financial structure is thesecond industry and the third industry ,and the first industry hinders the transformation of financial structure . At last ,according to China's financial structure and industrial structure of present situation and problems ,using the interaction between affecting factors ,for China's financial structure transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure ,puts forward several suggestions and policy.
