Study On The Relationship Between Financial Structure And Industrial Structure In Heilongjiang Province

Industrial restructuring and upgrading is the key to social and economic development of Heilongjiang Province, especially in the first year of "Thirteen Five" plan, the province as a major agricultural province, northeast old industrial base, also has a great tourism resource endowments, should seize this opportunity to strengthen its efforts to adjust industrial structure, promote stable and healthy economic development. Therefore, this paper takes the perspective of Heilongjiang Province were explored in detail, to explore the relationship between financial structure optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure, explores how to adjust and optimize the financial structure, how to play its role in promoting the adjustment of the internal industrial structure, as well as how to promote the overall upgrading of the industrial structure.This paper firstly summarized the relevant research results at home and abroad, introduces the main contents and research methods. Secondly it defines the basic concepts of financial structure and industrial structure, the interaction mechanism of the two briefly. Then introduced situation of financial structure and industrial structure of Heilongjiang Province with the help of chart analysis, and analysis the existing problems, found that the three industries in our province also need further adjustment, should strive to enhance the service industry. We should to adjust the pace of financial structure, adapt to the diversified development of the industrial structure, in order to promote the adjustment of industrial structure upgrading.Followed by the use of the relevant data of Heilongjiang Province has carried on the empirical analysis, use the ADF test, Granger causality, short and long term effects, pulse response function and variance decomposition analysis of the relationship between Heilongjiang Province financial structure and industrial structure, the industrial structure of agriculture, heavy industry structure, tourism structure. Finally come to the conclusion that the financial structure has a certain degree of role in agriculture, heavy industry, tourism and the overall industrial structure. But from a long-term perspective, there also have some problems.Finally, the current development of Heilongjiang Province, the existing problems and shortcomings, as well as the opportunities and challenges facing the financial proposals to promote structural optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. For financial architecture should promote the balanced development of their respective markets, and actively promote the development of direct financing, promote financial innovation and the development of tools to speed up the financial system and pluralistic development, and optimize the overall structure of the financial industry to boost each time long-term development.
