Study On The Influencing Factors And Action Mechanism Of Knowledge On Manufacture Time Within Modern Manufacturing Environment

With the changes of the modern manufacturing environment, the manufacturing enterprises enter into an era of knowledge economy. The era is characterized by knowledge becoming a factor of production and creation of human intelligence becoming the core of manufacturing. What's more, the main economic activities are truly new activities such as the possession, distribution, production, distribution, consumption based on the intelligence resources. Therefore, the calculation elements of the manufacturing time in the modern manufacturing environment are not only structured elements of the production systems, but also unstructured elements of the knowledge factors. Compared to the structured elements of the production systems such as production process, production technology, production facilities, production capacity, unstructured elements of the knowledge factors are staff experience, staff skills, business management, customer awareness of the product and so on..Based on the modern manufacturing environment, the customization production mode and the traditional time calculation method, the paper is taking the lead of the study of how knowledge impact the manufacturing time. In the context of analyzing of the modern manufacturing environment comparing the modern manufacturing environment and the traditional manufacturing environment, the modern manufacturing process and the traditional manufacturing process, a new perspective is presented in the paper that the modern manufacturing is people-oriented with the core of human knowledge. On the basis of the study above, a further research is launched of the knowledge distribution in the modern manufacturing environment. In the research, the knowledge factors impacting the manufacturing time is divided into three categories of staff knowledge, management knowledge, and customer knowledge. Analyses of the relationship between the three factors are also mentioned later. Meanwhile, the internal structure of knowledge in the process of modern manufacturing is studied both from the vertical and horizontal levels.In this paper, the meaning of manufacturing time in the modern manufacturing environment is defined under the traditional concepts and composition of fixed working hours. Analysis of the of the relevant factors of production time with the use of fish bone diagram show that the impacting of five factors of human, machine, material, method, environment are ultimately be attributed to the impact of knowledge on the manufacturing time including experience, methods, techniques, skills and theory. Then a conclusion is drawn that knowledge is key inner factors that affect manufacturing time. At last, knowledge factors impacting the manufacturing time are exhausted through the literature searching. Using statistical tools such as Descriptive statistics and factor analysis, ten knowledge factors are selected through Analysis, consolidation, identification among the exhausted factors.From three angles of staff knowledge, management knowledge, and customer knowledge, a mechanism map is drawn in the research about how knowledge factors impacting the manufacturing time. Another three-dimensional structure model is constructed in the research according the relationship between the three factors. Further more, the hierarchical structure model is built according the hierarchy of the way knowledge factors impacting the manufacturing time based on the mechanism map. The main function model and the phase function model are established with the basis of the hierarchical structure model. The mathematical model of how knowledge factors impact manufacturing time is established through effective combination of the two function models. Finally, the actual business case verifies the feasibility and validity of the mathematical model.
