Research On Influencing Factors Of Knowledge Sharing In Intelligent Manufacturing Enterprises

In recent years,the world manufacturing industry is developing towards digitalization and intellectualization.In order to meet the international competition form under the background of the new industrial revolution,developed countries have taken intelligent manufacturing as the direction of future manufacturing development.At present,China's manufacturing industry has leaped to the top in the world.However,the traditional manufacturing industry in China lacks core technology,mainly relies on cheap production factors as the basis of development,has poor independent innovation ability and strong dependence on resources.Therefore,China's manufacturing industry urgently needs to solve these problems through industrial upgrading.Artificial intelligence can just help the industrial transformation of traditional manufacturing industry.The transformation of traditional Chinese manufacturing industry to intelligent manufacturing is an important way for the strategic development of large industrial countries to become industrial powers.Intelligent manufacturing enterprises belong to knowledge-intensive enterprises,with a large number of high-density knowledge subjects and objects,reasonable knowledge structure and knowledge resources.For knowledge-intensive enterprises,knowledge is the core content of their competitiveness and the source and basis of their innovation.Knowledge sharing can optimize the allocation of knowledge resources,save the cost of knowledge acquisition,promote the transformation and application of knowledge,thus promoting the development of intelligent manufacturing enterprises.If knowledge is shared,it will bring immeasurable value to enterprises,industries and even society.Therefore,it is of great significance for the optimization of innovation resources,technological progress and industrial development of intelligent manufacturing enterprises to deeply analyze the influencing factors of knowledge sharing in ?:qualitative analysis.Through semi-structured interviews with knowledge,technology and managers of intelligent household appliances enterprises,and based on grounded theory,encoding and analyzing the collected data with qualitative research software NVIVO,a theoretical model with knowledge-sharing organization,knowledge sharing capability,knowledge-sharing environment and knowledge sharing channels as the main body is establishedPart ?:Constructing model and relationship hypothesis.Through the conclusion of literature analysis,interview and investigation,this paper constructs the network model of the main body of this study,and carries on hypothesis analysis.Part ?:Empirical analysis.The research scale needed by this research was designed:through the qualitative research content and the existing mature questionnaire,the scale of this study was obtained.According to the summary of the above theory,research and design are carried out,and intelligent household appliances enterprises are selected as the research object.Through pre-investigation and reliability and validity analysis,the questionnaire was improved.Finally,through a large-scale questionnaire survey,the collected data were sorted out and summarized.Reliability and validity analysis,model test and hypothesis test were carried out using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0.The results show that knowledge sharing organizations,capabilities,environments and channels have significant positive effects on the performance of knowledge sharingPart ?:Finally,the empirical analysis results are summarized and
