Exit Drawback Of Enshi Analysis The Influences Of Export Trade

Enshi Prefecture is the ethnic minority areas as well as the developed regions. The export trade of Enshi Prefecture has lagged behind the national average, but in recent years, with the rapid development of export trade in Enshi Prefecture, exports hit record highs, and the export tax rebate plays an important role in it.In this article, first of all ,I analyze Enshi export trade and export tax rebate status and identify the general law of its development, namely, the development of the exports trend consists with the export tax rebate.The more the high growth of rate of export tax rebate rise, the more the export trade develops, similarly, the speed of the development of the export trade is low which follows the speed of the export tax rebate. It is possible that the development of export trade goes against the growth of the export tax rebate, because the cardinal number of the export tax rebate and export trade is small, in addition with, the policy of export tax rebate changes frequently in recent years, so it will be very sensitive to reflect in the growth rate. It also illustrates that the export tax rebate is an important factor affecting export trade, but not the only one.Secondly, I choose Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, which has similar geographical location, environmental resources and level of development with Enshi Prefecture, to compare with Enshi Prefecture. By contrasting the situation of the export tax rebate and export trade, I come to the conclusion that the development of Enshi Prefecture's export tax rebate and export trade is better than the situation of Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture.Thirdly, in this article, I use Western economics, statistics, econometrics and the theory of the export tax rebate. The content of this article include the model of correlation of the quantity of the export tax rebate and export trade in Enshi Prefecture ,funding the model of comprehensive tax rebate and export trade growth rate, collecting the data, estimating the parameters of the model and examining relational coefficients. My main fruits of examination are: 1.by establishing a regression model to calculate the elasticity between the export tax rebate and export trade in Enshi Prefecture, that the export tax rebate of Enshi Prefecture increase by every 1% will lead to rise export volume by 1.923% next year;2. by establishing a regression model to calculate the elasticity between comprehensive tax rebate and export trade growth rate, that the comprehensive tax rebate increase by every 1% will lead to rise export trade growth rate by 0.667% next year. Through analyzing above two models, I come to the conclusion that the export tax rebate is an important factor affecting export trade.Last but not least, except for the advantages that the export tax rebate stimulates export find some practical problems and give some reasonable suggestions according to the problems. I hope this article would contribute to the development of the export trade in Enshi Prefecture.
