Research On Synergetic System For Logistics In Steel Industry Based On The Theory Of Supply Chain

The steel industry is the pillar industry, which related to national economic lifelines, but also the logistics-intensive industries, and how to implement logistics on supply chain of the steel industry cooperative development is an important subject which to solve the cost problem of the steel industry.On the basis of described the steel industry in the research status of logistics and logistics synergetic, paper summed up weak links of logistics and logistics synergetic in steel industry, and then put forward through the establishment of synergetic system for logistics in steel industry to integrate steel industry resources, further enhanced enterprises competitive marketing.The main part of the paper consisted of three parts. The first one described the logistics business synergetic, the logistics of steel in supply chain was divided into three categories; the characteristics of each category were analyzed systematically, and then obtained the shortcomings of each business area, on this basis, the introduction of the theory of synergy learning, analysis of main parameters of the steel logistics business synergy to build steel logistics coordination order parameter equation. The analysis revealed the operation of the business synergy mechanism through the establishment of the order parameter equation; The second part deal with steel logistics information coordination, paper proposed the use of information technology to build steel logistics synergy service platform and analyzed the platform's basic framework and benefit, and laid the foundation for achieving the synergy of logistics information in the whole supply chain of steel logistics; In the last , paper framed steel logistics synergy model that based the theory through a combination of statistical and synergy method, then calculated synergy degree of the national and regional steel logistics, quantitative analysis and compared logistics coordination of the national and regional steel logistics, with the empirical analysis of the influencing element from the steel logistics synergy, and finally put forward corresponding countermeasures.
