Thirty years of reform and opening up, China's economy maintained a high speed of development, has surpassed Japan in 2010 to become the world's second largest economy.2010 China's GDP reached 39.8 trillion yuan, fiscal revenue reached 8.31 trillion yuan.But the growing urban-rural income ratio, from 1983 into 2009 3.33:1 1.82:1.Rural income growth rate was significantly lower than the rate of increase of GDP and fiscal revenue increased speed.And the lack of a balanced economic structure, stimulating the economy in the troika, consumption of GDP, only 48.59 percent, of which only 35% consumption, much lower than developed countries.Moreover,China investment has maintained a relatively high proportion.For the growing urban-rural income gap, high investment, low consumption situation.In this paper, consumption, consumption as the main object of study, summed up China's consumption situation, and its cause analysis, and the factors affecting consumer a detailed analysis and propose countermeasures.Econometric model to analyze urban and rural income inequality between urban and rural household consumption and the relationship between investment and consumption in China.This article is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is an introduction to explain the purpose of this research, research methods, significance, and analyze and summarize the research status at home and abroad, and innovation of this paper; the second chapter, by order of macroeconomic datathe consumer obtained the status of our country; the third chapter of summary and detailed analysis of the causes of the consumer, and put forward countermeasures; fourth chapter, the first three decades of reform and opening to the income gap between urban and rural residents were analyzed, and then use VAR model to analyze the income gap between urban and rural residents to urban and rural residents and the relationship between consumption; fifth chapter, the use of our SVAR model the relationship between investment and consumption; the sixth Chapter , for the article, conclusions and recommendations.In this paper, the method of econometric empirical analysis, using a VAR model for urban-rural income inequality and the relationship between the consumption of urban and rural residents to study, results showed that the increase in consumption in rural areas can help reduce the income gap between urban and rural residents, urban residentsThe rapid increase in consumption will widen the income gap between urban and rural residents, with the widening income gap between urban and rural residents, rural residents will increase their consumption, while the growth rate of urban residents to reduce consumption; SVAR model used in China's macroeconomic between investment and consumptionto study the relationship, the paper established a government consumption, household consumption, investment in fixed assets, inventories of four variable model, using 1953-2008 annual macroeconomic data, found that government consumption of fixed asset investment and the country has a strong pull consumer effect.The consumer pull on the role of investment in fixed assets weak, fixed asset investment to consumption in the short term role in promoting, but in the long term, the performance in the inhibition.
