Research On Sustainable Development Of Xiantao Rural Bank

As the new force in the development of our rural finance,rural bank is established to solve the problem of financial repression.The rural bank initially established in 2007.Mar(?)y rural banks have achieved certain effectiveness in four years.Of course,they also me(?) ma(?)y problems.That things constraint the sustainability development of rural bank.How to promo(?)e these new rural financial organizations to develop sustainable and to match the requirement of new rural construction have been a reality problem. This paper is just to analysiz the sustainability development of Xiaotao rural banks.It choose (?)he xiantao rural bank of Beijing rural commercial bank as an example to have an empircal research.At last,it made the relevant policy suggestion for the sustainable development This paper is divided in(?)o five chapters:The first chapter introduces the background of this paper,reviews the relevant research in international and domestic area,clarifies the idea and methods of this essay,at last,promotes some possible innovation and inadequacy of this paper.The second chapter defines the relationship of the rural bank and other rural financial organizations,points out the meanings of the rural bank for the development of ru(?)al finance.It also introduces the Xiantao rural bankThe third chapter mainly introduces the established environment of Xiantao ru(?)al bank.It mainly analyze from the social environment and financial market.The forth chapter builds a performance model for the development of Xiantao ru(?)al bank of Beijing rural commercial bank.It main use Yaron model to analyse the rural bank's coverage and business continuity.Finally to explore the problem in the sustainability development of rural bank.Also choose the typical cust(?)mer to analyze Xiantao ru(?)al bank's business situation。The fifth chapter mainly summarizes the conclusion and puts forwad some suggestions for rural bank's sustainability development.
