Research On Sustainability Of JF Rural Banks

To improve and promote the rural economy,solve the problem of the insufficient supply of rural regions and low coverage of financial,village bank has set up successively since December 2006.However,the rural financial environment is urgently need to improve.Lack of effective collateral loans,high risk and lack of funding and other issues still exist.This thesis takes the JF Village Bank as the research object,finds the problems and factors affecting the sustainable development of' the JF Village Bank by analyzing the status and related data,and presents policy suggestions.The thesis is divided into six chapters.Among them,chapter 4 presents the factors affecting and restricting the sustainable development of the JF Village Bank.The first factor is the regional financial market supply factors which mainly include imperfect credit system environment,unsound regulatory system and policy environment,unsound the corporate governance mechanism,unsound payments and settlement system and insufficient supply of effective financial products,etc.The second is regional financial market demand factors which mainly include low social recognition,lack of capital source,regional financial market demand rising,etc.The third is the market localization factors which mainly include deviation of market orientation from target.The fourth is the risk factors which mainly include credit risk and market risk.Chapter 5 sets up the index to the sustainable development of the JF Village Bank,and has carried on the quantitative considerations using analytic hierarchy process.Analytic hierarchy process builds a comprehensive set of village banks run sustainability Comprehensive Quantitative Evaluation System in four steps.First,determine the indicator framework.From the safety,liquidity,profitability,capacity development indicators in four major areas of business sustainability of rural banks to measure;the second step,to determine the index weight;the third step,process data forwardly;a fourth step of determining matching relationship.Selecting JF rural banks end of 2015 data and estimates,JF 2015 village banks run sustainability of comprehensive index is 0.4817.The bank's overall business sustainability comprehensive index value is generally and comprehensive index value in 2015 was weaker than in 2014 and 2013,business sustainability and level of development is yet to be improved.The evaluation results and the actual gross JF Rural Bank match.Finally aiming at the sustainable development of the JF Village Bank,presents perfecting rural credit system construction,perfecting the supervision system of village bank and intensify policy support,perfecting rural bank payment and settlement system,innovative financial products and services,and risk prevention policy suggestions.
