Study On The Mode Of Complementary Pension Investment Management

With the establishment and consummation of the multi-level social security system, including basic endowment insurance, the complementary pension and individual deposit endowment insurance, the complementary pension is taking the second prop in the entire social security system and holding the important safeguard duty of social stability and the beneficiary olds. Nowadays facing the increasingly serious aging and safeguard burden pressure, the government and social pay more attention to the development of the complementary pension.In this paper, the writer will first expound the great significance of establishing complementary pension from the angles of the country, enterprises and the individuals based on the introduction of the basic knowledge and conception of complementary pension, and will analyze the current development of complementary pension in China.Secondly,the writer will analyze the management mode of complementary pension in China ,and hold that the commissioned investment management mode is the most appropriate one to China's national conditions. The subject and the operation procedure on the commissioned investment management mode will be explained carefully then.The third, the author will put forward the basic supervision theory and analyze the regulation mode of complementary pension combined with two kinds of regulatory theory ---- quantitative restrictions supervision and prudential supervision, and will point out the insufficient of the current regulatory mode and put forward that our country should implement the complementary pension regulation mode that quantitative restrictions regulation mode, supplemented by the prudential supervision mode.Finally, in this paper, in the part of the optimizing analysis on management scheme of complementary pension, the method of combining the theoretical model and the empirical research will be adopted, aiming at the enterprises which is strong and has the intention to build complementary pension for workers, will establish the model of management scheme of complementary pension, and let readers get more intuitive understandings and utilizations by empirical analysis.
