HR medicine Co.,Ltd., is a research, production and sales of big pharmaceutical companies listed on, the largest research and production of antitumor drugs based, anti cancer drug sales ranked first in China,More than 12% market share。China's pharmaceutical industry is currently one of the fast development of the industry , and it is one of the most promising industries .With the highly development of the pharmacy industry and continuous increasingof people's living standard, pharmacy market has changed to buyer's market. The market competition became more and more serious.Nowadays, pharmaceutical market of our country is facing reform. First,the laws and regulations became perfect. To enforcing the competition in theinternational market, our country certified all the pharmacies by GMP after enteringWTO to make many middle and small pharmacies which can not meet the regulationbe out. Second, the anti cancer drug consuming market has large potential. All the anticancer drug pharmacy are trying to occupy the market and explore the marketingmode. Third, the quality of consumers has increased, and the consuming psychologyand behavior became mature. All these things bring great developing chances to the anti cancer drug market.This paper use demand theory analysis, consumer behavior analysis, market positioning and the 4Ps of marketing mix strategy of modern marketing theory to analysis the present market situation and characteristics of medical ,market consumption environment and the characteristics of prescription drug consumers. Around the hr medicine main product, the enterprise's marketing conditions offered for the enterprise's marketing in jiangxi in the market and strengthen competitiveness. Simultaneously, for other pharmaceutical companies, in the new environment sustainable development, improve innovation capacity, and enhance core competitiveness is worth learning.
