By the financial crisis, international market of nail tips strains intensified further. But in China, with the economic stimulus plan and a lot of national savings'flowing into the consumer market, nail tips products are gradually favored by more and more female consumers. The increasing attentions of these consumers to the nail tips make the supply and demand even more acute and make the market competition increasingly intense. Market consciousness among the nail tips enterprises is increasing. As for the newly founded M company, the research of the marketing strategy for nail tips in home market is of great practical significance.Based on quite a lot of data collection, the comprehensive use of The Marketing Theory of 4Ps(Product, Promotion, Price, Place) and the effective combination of marketing theory and M company's physical environment, this paper analyzes and studies the marketing strategy of M company effectively. By using PEST Analysis (Political, Economic, Social, Technological), the thesis gives a detailed analysis on the macro-environment for nail tips marketing management; This paper adopts Michael Porter's Five Forces Model to analyze the competitive environment for nail tips sales; Then, by adopting the SWOT analysis(Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threat),the paper considers the advantages and disadvantages of nail tips production and sale; Through the questionnaire, the collection and summarization of facts and figures, the target customer groups are figured out and product positioning is determined. On the basis of the consumers'demand, this paper highlights the unique advantages of M company, establishing brand image with high-quality and cost-effective. After the analyzing and the researching, the consumer groups are sorted according to the demand; In addition, this thesis determines the style, price and elegance and makes full use of the marketing channel and promotion tools to entry into the target market, presenting effective suggestions and feasibly improving measures for the marketing of nail tips of M company in the home market.
