This thesis begins with the question of the chain pharmacies in our country. The question includes that the chain pharmacies' marketing subdivision is not clear, they don't do the positioning exactly and have no characters. The drugs' price is a little higher. With the methods of contrast research, applying theory to practice, marketing research and case research, I apply the theories of marketing localization and market combination to the practice of the chain drugstores to seek the marketing positioning procedure. Considering the drugs retail market environment of Heilongjiang Province, I will localize it again. The target market is the common people in the city and the countryside. It had better optimize product combines, cut back healthcare drugs, increase the selling of prescription class drugs and common medicine and cut down the price of the drugs. It also can cooperate with rural economy cooperative society or some basic-level organizations to decrease the dangers, attract the village consumers by the good pharmacy service, supply free medical treatment, 24-hour-buys and the emergency medical treatment market combinations strategy.
