The developing process of China impressed and shocked the whole world very much, meanwhile there are more and more famous enterprises show themselves on the worldwide stage. But the development is still very tough for the major economic factor of China which we called"medium and small enterprise"(MS enterprise as follow). So we can say the traditional training and consulting are just for the short term value but the business coaching will be a lifetime value for the business owners and the MS enterprises. How big the business coaching industry will be is just a question mark for when not yes or no.The development of our MS enterprise is playing a more and more important role in the national economic, but the process was not a plain sailing at all.
