Coaching technology is now in the process of developing in China, more and more people nowadays begin to learn coaching technology and use it in the management, which relates to the training transfer of coaching effectiveness.Domestic studies on coaching are comparatively weak and lack of empirical studies. On the basis of literature research, through the questionnaire which constructed by the author, the research conducts empirical studies on the developing situation and training transfer of coaching. The research aims to provide the empirical and psychological support for the popularization and scientific development of coaching technology in mainland china. The research has two studies: Study One mainly investigates the application fields, effectiveness and the developing trend of coaching industry in China, with the enterprise current employees as the subjects; Study Two investigates the training transfer of coaching and the key effective factors , with the learners of coaching technology as the subjects.The main conclusions of this research as follows:1,Study One: (1) Most employees have heard of coaching technology and more than half of the mainland enterprises now use the coaching technology in the management; (2) All the mainland areas in China are now using the new technology, significant difference has been shown between different areas; (3) Enterprises mainly use coaching in three fields and significant difference exists on application effectiveness between"organization dimension"and"employee dimension"; (4) The developing trend of coaching industry has been shown and significant difference exists between the two dimensions of"coacher"and"coaching";(5) Significant difference has been shown on the overall awareness of the developing trend of coaching among different areas.2,Study Two: (1)The design of the questionnaires"The Effective Factors of Training Transfer on Coaching"and"The Training Transfer of Coaching"have a good reliability and validity; (2) The overall situation on training effectiveness of coaching is good and significant difference has been shown between different individual variables; (3) Four factors: self-efficiency, value judgment, after-training intervention, organizational atmosphere have significant impact on training transfer of coaching and could largely predict the training transfer of coaching effectiveness; (4) Summarize the path-map of the effective factors on training transfer of coaching and analyzes the direct and indirect impact of all the effective factors. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | coaching technology, learning transfer, training transfer, mental model | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
