The profits of the multi-national companies and China exporting enterprises are downturn and even get loss due to the US financial Crisis in 2008 while China's GDP continues to increase fast. In 2011 China is listed the No. 2 biggest Economics Group in the world. For one hand, employees should earn more money to keep a better life standard, for the other hand, employers should freeze the salary increase or adjust a little to ensure the companies could alive in the period of the post-financial crisis. It's critical for the employers to know the average C&B marketing data to match their own data. Salary adjustment which including increasing and structure change can help employers to retain the key talents and motivate them to focus on the development of the company. The workers from some of manufacturing companies in Changjiang Triangle Economic Areas and Zhujiang Triangle Economic Areas stroke for high payments in 2010 and the marketing is lack of workforce in these areas even the employers gave more payments for them. The companies normal operations and productions have been influenced by the situations above.This paper is started on the basic concept of the C&B and considers that the positions of a company should be analyzed and then set the job grade for each position before the C&B designation which we can have the benchmark for the market data to comparison. The paper used the regression line method to define the C&B trend line which is composed by the market data. The paper is to research a company how to set the salary range for each position which the range was based on the marketing C&B data and give a case which is about a foreign investment manufacturing company. In this case, clarifies how to adjust the salary and the C&B structure to meet the different needs of the employees and make the C&B a good motivation tool for the development of the company.
