| Since the reform and opening policies were introduced in China, overseas investment has increased steadily, foreign-investment enterprises have become indispensable parts in national economic system of China. However, the relatively backward market entrance and supervisory system at present caused many problems, such as imperfection and decentralization in legal system of foreign-funded, insufficient of information utilizing, unscientific, incomprehensive and inadequate control in supervision and so on. The relative department and scholar were keep exploring and studying about this task, put forward effective advice and applied to real work. But with the economic and social development, practical work and some new issues in the emerging, which requires to be constantly to analyze and solve problems.This paper analyzes the market access of foreign-invested enterprises and regulatory concepts, principles and history, foreign-invested enterprises in China's current market access and regulatory regime, based on relevant international system by comparing the same time, foreign-invested enterprises in Guizhou Province with the actual status of , foreign registration and supervision and management system, foreign investment regulations and a special type of industry, the registration of foreign-funded enterprises, etc., use of literature, induction and empirical analysis and other research methods, to our existing market access and foreign-invested enterprises regulatory system in a number of problems from the legal system, registration, conduct and analysis of four regulatory mechanisms, and for the analysis of problems, from improving the legal system, changes in regulatory philosophy, regulatory reform, regulatory mechanisms and innovative means of four angles made their views one by one, some of the more feasible ideas and improvements. Hope that through this article to make decisions for the government and later the researchers provide a reference for further research. |
