Internet has been becoming an ordinary tool in people's life, and its commercial value is rising rapidly. Chinese Internet economy will bring more for the businesses in China. Based on new internet technology, information technology, Internet Marketing brings tremendous and profound influence on traditional marketing and business operations. Most proportion of businesses in China are small enterprises, and the number of small business is tremendous. With the rapid development in China's economy and internet, there are more opportunity and for and challenges for small businesses. This article makes some study and exploration on internet marketing of small business in China, expecting to provide some reference and assistance to small business in China.Starting from illustration on some concepts on China small business and internet marketing, we analyze internet marketing function of small business, and indicate that internet marketing will play a very important role on the small business in China, and draw out this article's research topic and research significance. Small business in China is struggling in a complex commercial environment. The market is extremely competitive, but all supports to small enterprises are limited. However, the rapid development in China's economy and internet bring a variety of opportunities for China small enterprises. Internet marketing will become an important marketing strategy of Small business. Based on detail analysis and deep study on the commonly used Internet marketing tools, means, methods, we proposed three-stage model of internet marketing to small enterprises. We consider that the internet marketing of small business will develop in three stages, the initial starting stage, developing stage and flying stage. Three-stage model helps small businesses make better use of internet marketing, and we apply this model for a real small business, analyze its network marketing tactic, and present a total solution for its online marketing tactic. In this article, we hope to explore a road for small business in China on its way of internet marketing.
