Internet marketing is one of the marketing methods which is based on the Internet,makes use of digital information and network media interaction to assist marketing goals of a new way of marketing. Simply,Internet marketing uses the Internet as its main way to reach the purpose of certain marketing activities.The development of computer science and technology in 21st century provides the network marketing the most convenient conditions,also it has brought unprecedented opportunities and development. Large number of Internet users is bound to bring enormous business opportunities. The huge online consumer groups, especially the change of enterprise’s business habits, has provided a broad space of the network marketing.The combination of online and offline business model has been largely developed,however,the evaluation system for the network marketing valuation of the non-Internet enterprise has not been formed, so there still exists certain problems in the assessment of enterprise value.Now,this paper is based on the study of the characteristics of network marketing valuation of Internet enterprises themselves, on the basis of predecessors’ study of Internet enterprise evaluation, put forward a kind of suitable assessment methods for the Internet enterprise valuation.This paper uses DEVA model as a basis,introduce the basic principle and construction of the DEVA model, point out this model takes the customer valuation into consideration, the model is more suitable for enterprise network marketing evaluation.The methods used in this paper are literature analysis,comparative analysis and case analysis.And then pick up an enterprise which matched the characteristics in this paper,DEVA evaluation model has been carried on the evaluation of the network marketing, draw up the applicability and rationality of the DEVA model in this kind of enterprise value evaluation.
