Nowadays, internet economy has been getting a fast development. In the process of internet transaction, online payment has been becoming more and more important because of its convenience, in which the proportion of individual transaction is always increasing. Ereli's data shows that online banking transaction in 2008 amounted to 320.9 Trillion Yuan, accounting for 8.1% by personal online banking. But in all of the internet users, only 30.8% are users of personal online banking. Therefore, academics and banking issues have been paying attention to research on what factors influence consumers'adoption of online banking.Based on reviewing the research process on adoption of internet banking, combining the theory of Users'Behavior,Technology Acceptance model and Innovation Diffusion Theory, this paper makes an empirical study and builds a concept model on the adoption of personal internet banking to predict uses'behavior. Based on this model, this paper integrates empirical study and qualitative simulation, and uses the results of empirical research to drive the qualitative simulation algorithm in QSIM. Combining the oscillation-equilibrium of individual online banking using behavior , an optimum influences combination about the adoption of individual online banking has been got. This result can become one of the decision basements for a further improvement of user experience.
