Research On Procurement Management Of CD Hydropower Company

Through the investigation of the CD hydropower company, some problems of the materials management have been found, such as a great variety of orders and materials needed, but little demand of the individual materials; much workload and low efficiency of purchasing agents; repeat purchasing and ineffective emergency purchasing; unreasonable use of the purchasing methods; low guarantee rate of the quality of materials. Theoretical knowledge of purchasing strategy management has put into the actual situation of the CD hydropower company to resolve the above problems.Firstly, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the materials classification-ABC and Kraljic Model, the Kraljic Model is finally adopt to divide the materials of the CD hydropower company to four types: common materials, bottleneck materials, levers materials and strategic materials. And, AHP evaluation method and fuzzy synthetic evaluation method of the evaluation are also adopt to rule with materials division of the vertical axis and Pareto principle to rule with materials division of the horizontal axis. Secondly, basing on the materials classification mentioned above and various purchasing methods and strategies, a new procurement strategy for the CD hydropower company has been put forward, namely, there are respectively corresponding purchasing application strategies for four kinds of materials divided. And, some new purchasing methods based on original purchasing methods of the CD company has been put forward, such as the frame agreement procurement, strategic sourcing and electronic procurement and the constructive suggestions given to do well in application and promotion of the three new purchasing methods.
