In the process that traditional circulation enterprises change to modern circulation enterprises,procurement is the basic-front link to support the modern circulation enterprises and to participate in the terminal market competition.It plays an important role in reducing costs,protecting the supply.However,the limitations of traditional procurement strategies and methods have seriously affected the effective implementation of procurement objectives.Therefore,modern circulation enterprises develop a new focus that optimizing procurement strategies and methods to effectively support enterprises to improve market competitiveness.This paper takes H Company as an example.Summarizing the relevant theories and methods of procurement management by reading a lot of literature and documents.Analyzing the current procurement management situation of H Company to find out the potential problems and relevant causes.Furthermore,because of the problem of incomplete evaluation dimensions of traditional procurement orientation model,the new dimension-procurement management maturity is introduced to create the three-dimensional procurement orientation model.Besides,presenting corresponding countermeasures for the dynamic changes of procurement projects and procurement management abilities.Meanwhile,setting up the dynamic matching model reacted to the mismatch of procurement model and procurement management ability.Then,based on the mentioned models,optimizing the process of setting up procurement strategies of H Company,relocating procurement project and procurement management ability,dynamically matching procurement mode and procurement ability to form specific procurement strategies.Finally,according to the orientation and matching results,providing corresponding strategies for different procurement projects.To achieve the continuous improvement of procurement strategies by optimizing procurement projects and enhancing procurement management abilities.The research results of this report enrich the procurement orientation theory to a certain extent,improve the procurement orientation method,and greatly improve the accuracy,flexibility and practicability of the original orientation model,which is helpful to enhance the relevance,effectiveness and perspectiveness of enterprise procurement management.There is a certain theoretical and practical value to decrease moderncirculation enterprises procurement costs,improve the comprehensive competitiveness.
