Bonded logistics with consignment service settle the problem of after-sales maintenance services for overseas production equipment suppliers, but also provide a new consignment service platform for these suppliers, i.e., within the expiration period stipulated by the Customs, repairing and replacing spare parts for customs clearance instantly, to ensure the production continuity for facilities users, which greatly improve the efficiency of logistics between supplier and customer, and reduce the economic cost of both parties.This paper gives a comparative cost analysis to a variety of different logistical procedures between the General Bonded Warehouse and the consignment bonded warehouse, and in complying with the laws of the market conditions and based on a comparative analysis of a reasonable volume of bonded logistics business, comes to a conclusion that in order to lower the maintenance services costs of the international logistics the consignment bonded warehouse is a superior choice for an enterprise than the General Bonded Warehouse.
