Planning And Design Of Warehouse Logistics For MY Bonded Warehouse

Logistics reflection is an important factor affecting the development of cross-border e-commerce.Bonded storage,as one of the important modes of modern cross-border logistics,faces many challenges while experiencing opportunities.In the past,manual or semi-automated bonded warehouse logistics could no longer cope with the demand for rapid response of e-commerce massive orders to logistics,so the automation,intelligence and modernization of bonded warehouse logistics are particularly important.Automated intelligent bonded warehouse logistics can quickly and effectively process large-scale cross-border orders,intelligently mobilize bonded warehouse logistics operation equipment,improve operating efficiency,and help enterprises reduce costs.Therefore,the establishment of a new type of automated warehousing and logistics operation system that uses automated logistics facilities and equipment and efficiently cooperates in all links is the primary task of modern cross-border e-commerce for efficient and convenient cross-border logistics.This article takes MY bonded warehouse as the research object,and aims at the phenomenon that the automation technology of MY bonded warehouse logistics is backward and the operation efficiency is low,by analyzing the current MY cross-border logistics business process and the current status of warehousing logistics operation under the current MY bonded warehouse model,the basic data analysis method is used to analyze the MY bonded warehouse order data to find the inherent characteristics behind the order,and specify different warehousing,delivery and picking strategies for different items;Finally,based on the MY bonded warehouse automated warehouse logistics,a brief simulation model of the MY bonded warehouse logistics was established on the Flexsim simulation platform,continuously pull the simulation system through orders,generate operation reports,analyze the system's problems based on the report results,find the overall bottleneck of the simulation model,and get the feasibility of the planning and design of the automated warehouse logistics system in the MY bonded warehouse.
