Accelerating development of modern logistics is very important to optimize resource allocation, adjust economic structure, and transform economic gowth mode thoroughly. The dissertation focuses on the transition of BH enterprise of TJ group from transportation enterprise to modern logistics company.Firstly, on the basis of analysis of research background, literature review on company transition is made, and main contens, research method of the dissertation is proposed, also, the map of the dissertation is proposed.Then, modern logistics is defined, three phases of company growth is elaborated, and driving factors and mechanism for freight enterprise is analyzed, procedure and evaluation method of freight enterprise is proposed. External environment and basic conditions of transition of BH enterprise is analyzed, and basic modes of transition for BH enterprise are proposed, and transition approach of BH enterprise is proposed.The key points of transition of BH enterprise is analyzed, the types of which is summarized. Based on group decision making, key points of transition of BH enterprise are selected. Transition scheme of BH enterprise is designed, and preparation phase, transition phase, and development stage of transition for BH enterprise is also proposed, and development of modern logistics for BH enterprise is proposed.Finally, total dissertation is summarized, and application of which is anticipated, and the future study of which is also proposed.
