After the appearance of the microfinance from 20th century 70'S,the Economy developing history of developing country had proved that the microfinance is an effective way to relieve the rural poverty.Much more attention has been focused on it, especially since 2005 named as"Year of Microfinance"by UN and Prof. Yunus won the Nobel prize in 2006. The developing history of microfinance in China is just few years,but microfinance grows rapidly, however, we also notice that the state of development of microfinance in our country is still difficult to meet the requirement for social economic development. So it is an urgent subject to improve the development of rural microfinance.First of all,Introduction of the background,the significance and the research at home and abroad of the paper, the contents and the method. After that to expand on the concept and the type of the microfinance,and the typical developing model of microfinance abroad which aims to set examples to us. Based on the analysis of the course of development, we also reach the analysis of constraints of hindering the development of China's rural microfinance. Based on the above analysis, we compare the Qiongzhong microfinance model of Hainan province and the GB microfinance model of Bengal, draw the conclusion about the strength of the Qiongzhong microfinance model. By using the empirical research and the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, we take Yixiaotong microfinance model of Hainan province as example to state the innovation and the performance, we sincerely hope to put forward a new way about the development of rural microfinance. Finally, A analysis give to the foreground and policy recommendations of rural commercial microfinance on the basis of the previous chapters.
