Mining once palyed an irreplaceable and positive role in the process ofhuman civilization's development and progress. However, as a result of theeconomy's rapid expansion, the energy bears so much that many minesgradually failure. During a long time, the exploitation of the mine has caused atremendous negative impact on the surrounding ecological environment, such asthe natural landscape's being damaged, the environment's being seriouslypolluted and so on. Especially those huge number of abandoned mines puttremendous pressure on the ecological environment and the economicdevelopment of the city which once fed on the mine.So, how to re-development and utilization the mining resources attractpeople's attention day by day. People look forward to finding a good method toachieve sustainable development of the cities.People proposed many solutions which answer to the cities's sustainabledevelopment.Among them, via constructing The Mining Park to developtourism industry are thought practical.This paper discussed the condones of our country's mines park to developeco-tourism, the characteristics of their eco-tourism development, the guidingideology and principles to the development of eco-tourism as well as thelandscape's construction. After that, six typical National Mine which has builtwere selected and analyzed.According to the guiding ideology and principles of the eco-tourism, thispaper take the Jiagu Mountain which lie in Lianyungang of Jiangsu Province forexample, used some theory such as landscape ecology,ecological ethics and soon to analysis the tourism resources of the mine park,the related product andclear market. Then combined Jiagu Mountain's resources with its integrationcondition between the resource around,we put forward its image positioningand matched marketing strategy. In corresponding, this paper also put forwardconcrete reform measures about the ecological restoration and landscapeconstruction.In addition, in order to make the tourism planning measures and ecologicalreconstruction scheme can be carried out smoothly, a series of security measureswere made in this paper to protect them from interference. The view include five aspects: policy, talent, technology, capital and security.This research's final aim is to find a method to help the abandoned minerealize their value constantly. Achieving the unity of economic, social andenvironmental benefits through the development of mining park is also what wewant to see.
