Research On Fujian Shoushan National Mine Park Landscape Resources Exploitation And Protection

The mining industry relic is the history witness of mankind activity and important history cultural inheritance. The research on exploiting and protecting mining industry relic landscape resources is of great significance for construction of the mining mountain park and sustainable development.The Study area is located in northern mountain area in Fuzhou City of Fujian province. It has convenient transportation and superior geographical location, which is called garden of Fuzhou. The total layout may divided into " five big park and 14 view areas " which surrand the Shoushan park District. It belongs to low volcanic landform, each kind of mineral industry historic relic in which is typical, rare, ornamental and has scientific value, cultural value and function of exploitation and utilization, etc. In addition, it has abundant mining industry historic relic landscape resource, also has abundant of the natural landscape resources and the humanities history view resources. There are many rivulet and thick vegetation in the area, the industrial pollution is low and the environment quality is good. So it has high returning of investment, good economic returns, ecological benefit and social effect.The Shoushan is the unique habitat of the Shoushan stone, and one of the mining relic in Fujian province, which has important exploiting value. The work of exploitation and protection of mining relic in Fujian province falls behind, which is in the initial stage. We get the following result by the research on landscape resources of Shoushan in Fuzhou national mining park, which include landscape resources exploitation condition, the protection and exploitation to typical landscape, the thinking of developing to the landscape tour, landscape resources environment improvement and ecology protection etc.(1) The work to mprove environment is very necessary as the long explointation history and the disorderly exploitation by peasant result to environment disruption. In the course of explointing Shoushan mine park landscape resources, we need raise awareness, to change from passive to active environment construction.(2)As the phenomenon of stealing is severity, the taking charge fall behind, we need improve continuously the laws and the protection system, the management organization and management system, to regulate mine park exploitation and landscape design, to execute complaint reward system, to protect the landscape resources.(3)As the Shoushan park core landscape area is closed completely, the stone peasants face a transformation. So we need to make use of the special policy to guide the stone peasants transform to tour economic construction.(4)As the shortage of tour resources, funds and management experience, it is hard to meet the demands for fast development. We can establish diverse investment system, to attract social funds in mine construction and operation, to promote the economic sustainable development by bringing Shoushan mining park landscape resources into play an important role.
