Optimization Study On Agent Construction Management Process Of Large-Scale Public Construction Project

Public construction projects are in order to pursue social welfare and are funded by government, which are non-commercial projects. Our country's public construction projects had been constructed by the owners, who are as the project management organization. With problems hidden in this traditional approach gradual exposure, "Agent" has been promoting by local governments in succession. However, because the agent system in our country, now, only is a new construction model, most of the agent construction companies don't have fully sufficient experience to take over the project to successfully complete its construction projects. Therefore, do further study about the agent system, promote agent construction's improvement and development in the large-scale public investment projects have become an important topic area.This paper first describes the background, significance and status, then, discusses the theory of the large-scale public investment construction projects, including the agent system concepts, all responsibilities and existing problems. And it paves the way for the conduct below. Subsequently, the paper carries out around the whole organization on behalf of construction management, business process and data management, establishes the three-dimensional model of the agent construction management. The paper also discusses the work which will be involve in agent construction process, sorts and analyzes the status and problems involved in these three areas of agent construction processes.
