Along with the acceleration of the process of population aging, the problem of how to provide for the aged has been the focus of society. Research on endowment pattern is also growing. According to the principles of the supporting resource for the aged, this thesis divides the urban endowment pattern into family-support pattern, self-support pattern, nation-support pattern. This thesis analyzed the status quo of the urban endowment pattern, and predicted the trend of the development of the pattern. It is thought that now the self-support endowment is the main pattern. In the trend forecast of the pattern, the author used the Grey Model to do the forecast of the number of retirees. And then the trend of the development was deduced.It is thought that the life quality of the self-support aged is low according to the questionnaire survey and statistic analysis. And Housing Reverse Mortgage can be a method to improve the quality of aged. So this thesis made a study of the Housing Reverse Mortgage. It is not only significant and necessary to put Housing Reverse Mortgage into effect in our cities, but also it's risky and difficult.The thesis analyzed the feasibility of implementation of Housing Reverse Mortgage based on how to increase the income of the aged and improve the revenue rate of substitution. It was concluded that it can be experimented in some selected cities which are developed. The Pricing Model of Housing Reverse Mortgage has been used to study the feasibility of Housing Reverse Mortgage in Tianjin and Zibo city.Housing Reverse Mortgage can properly improve the life quality of the aged. But it must be under the support of relevant policy. Some advices have been offered at the end of the thesis.
