| With the development of economic globalization, Multinational Enterprise plays a principal role in this very competitive market. ERP has become a significant tool in upgrading management level, enhancing economical benefits and strengthening the competing force for various enterprises.From the idea and development course of ERP, the author firstly studied the content and important role of ERP, and discussed the implementing methods, application status and development trend of ERP.According to the management characters, the necessity and feasibility of implementing ERP in the Multinational Enterprises has been analyzed. SAP, as an outstanding representative of ERP system, enormously promotes the enterprise management and development. Combining with characters, hierarchical system and module structures, the author analyzed and studied SAP system of the multinational enterprise E. Moreover, Chinese enterprises are taking their place on the international market, the situation and importance of implementing SAP is discussed.Eventually, the author combined IT management pattern of E company from the angle of IT management, and scenically studied the endorsement for ERP services and application of ITIL management framework in the Multinational Enterprise. |
