The core of the IT system(such as:ERP,OA,CRM)in the process of using G,often unplanned downtime,and with the increasing number of core IT operating system and the change is more and more frequent,due to the lack of corresponding management ideas and processes,malfunctions the system even malicious damage,and cannot be traced to individual responsibility.Therefore in the process of joint venture with foreign capital,the foreign demand has two:first,to protect the core IT system online time,enhance business continuity.Two,through the implementation of control management process more advanced management ideas at the core of IT system,ensure that any operation can be recorded and query,in order to minimize human impact on the IT core system,so as to control the quality of products.According to the demand analysis and G often occurs because of an accident or man-made core IT system downtime problems and find the root of the problem,at the same time using the ITIL in the accident management theory of the core IT system infrastructure upgrading and transformation,increase the redundancy,in order to improve the core IT system online time reduction plan the downtime.At the same time,the use of "process management" and "change management" theory of combined use of various IT management system and the transformation process,to control the user on the core of IT system,and change the access operation,the human factors on the impact of the system is reduced to a minimum,meet the whole process of "record" and"traceability".After the implementation of the project not only meet the needs of the above mentioned two foreign demand,but also greatly enhance the management efficiency of the IT department,while promoting the transformation of its functions.Makes the IT department's service quality can be quantified,has been able to independently from the parent company to provide IT services,to create additional value for the company.The problems of the G is very strong,almost every industry in every enterprise will encounter,but due to the successful implementation of the project,let G company because of changes in IT management efficiency and function and benefit.Therefore,the research results of this paper can be used for reference to the need to improve the quality of IT services and the company is not fully equipped with ITIL.
