HX Company is a leading wireless network optimization solutions, integrated service provider. As the communications industry coming into the mobile Internet and 3G multimedia era, HX Company faces new development opportunities and also increasingly fierce market competition. By using the central purchasing strategy,operators accelerate the industry competitive landscape. And the price is still the key factor in central purchasing, equipment prices are declining, almost no profit at all.Facing the wireless network optimization industry complex development opportunities and fierce competition in the market environment, in order to seek new profit growth point and guarantee sustainable development of enterprises, HX Company must adjust it's wireless network optimization product development strategy based on the current situation.The purpose of this thesis is to develop the wireless network optimization products industry development strategy for HX Company during 2011~2013. Firstly, the thesis uses strategic management theory, PEST, five forces model and other tools to analyze the macro environment of HX Company, and then the industry environment and competitive environment, also the internal environment. At the same time, the thesis analyzes the competitive advantage and weakness at this stage with the SWOT mode. Finally, the thesis establishes the overall product development strategy for HX Company in the wireless network optimization industry. To achieve the strategy, the thesis establishes the various functional units of the business strategy. For new product development strategy, the results are analyzed and compared.The thesis applies the theory of strategic management methods to the analysis of enterprise product development strategy. By taking the results as an important basis for a clear corporate strategy for HX Company's wireless network optimization, this thesis presents ideas and suggestions.
