With the fast-pace development of computer and internet technology, the industry of network communication has achieved its prosperity which is never seen before. Nowadays, as the strongest potential communication market China gets attention from various kinds of renowned suppliers of communication equipments all around the world. The suppliers are keen on bringing their products and technologies to the market and try their best to gain the bigger share of the market. Dalian Zhicheng Communication Company studied in the thesis mainly sells the equipments of Wireless Broadband Access service with the agent authority of high-esteem international company, such as, Motorola & Proxim. Besides, the company has built up its own sales network. Recently, because of the competition of this field is becoming intense, the subject of the thesis is to let the company be prior to its competitors, decide the effective strategy and gain the long-time and lasting competitive strength. Having consulted to the foreign and domestic documents of the strategy management and market sales management, the author holds rather detailed information based on the study of the industry of Wireless Broadband Access service technology. After the analyzing the field of Wireless Broadband Access service and the organization of the Dalian Zhicheng Company, the author concludes that company needs to make the differentiation strategy and the specific implement strategy of the differentiation of the products, service, sales, image and employees. Furthermore, the author provides the adjustment advice for the company's organization structure, raising fund money human resource and the culture, etc., so as to the success of the difference of the terms security. Though the study of the competitive strategy of Dalian Zhicheng Company, ventures should realize that the time of Internet give us both opportunities and challenges, and know the own capability and resource at the same time. The ventures also will be clear for their strategy and the future development destination and bring up the core competitive capability, and offer the reference and the help to other ventures.
