With the increasing complexity of the project, how to meet the resource demands of the project and achieve the overall objective of the project has become an important research problem to project managers. Therefore, allocating the resources more rationally in order to reach more effective multiple project scheduling makes a significant contribution to multiple project management researches. In this paper, the traditional resource constraints multiple project scheduling problem (RCMPSP) model is improved, the improved fuzzy resources constrained multiple project scheduling problem model uses fuzzy number to represent the demand of resources in unit time each activity.First of all, based on the existing literatures about resource constrained multi-project management home and abroad, this paper summarizes the characteristics of resource constrained multiple project scheduling problem. Secondly, the fuzzy theory and related applications is introduced in this paper, as the theoretical basis of fuzzy theory, and the resource constrained multi-project scheduling problem model is improved. Finally, this article introduces the related concept and the development of resource constrained multi-project scheduling problem model in detail, and improves the model with fuzzy theory. This paper uses the heuristic based on priority rule to calculate the schedule of the resource constrained multiple project scheduling problem, and use fuzzy number to improve the priority rule in order to make it more suitable for calculating fuzzy resources. The improved fuzzy resource constrained multiple project scheduling problem model reduces resource conflicts between activities, and ultimately achieves the purpose of optimizing the overall objective of the model.
