The Comprehensive Evaluation On The Manufacturing's Combination Of Information And Industrialization And Analysis Of Influencing Factors In Tianjin.

The independent innovation capacity of Tianjin's industrial enterprises has increased significantly,modern industrial system has been formed overall,the integration of information technology and industrialization has accelerated. The paper analysised and evaluated the basis for integration of the companies,applications,performance and other aspects,and thus provide a reliable reference to the enterprise,government decision makers.First, the paper introduces the background, current situation and the purpose and significance.Second is the synthesis previous studies related to integration of the IT application with industrialization,found the deficiencies and weak points of the study,proposed a new research perspective,designed a comprehensive evaluation frameworks and indicators,and has a brief overview of comprehensive evaluation of the method.Next, the paper mainly studied from the integration stages and evaluated the efficiency,based on the hierarchical design of indicators weighted calculated of readiness score of the different enterprises,maturity and contribution,come into the enterprise integration phase,and do a statistical analysis and description on different stages of integration enterprise,and analyze the impact of various important factors in the integration phase.After analysis of the integration phase,This paper has chosen to use super-efficient DEA to analyze the efficiency and sorting enterprises in the process of resource allocation.The first step analysised the relevance of input-output of indicators selected,then calculated the integration efficiency value of independent index system,and scoring the efficiency value to enterprises with super-efficient method,finally, used regression analysis method to analyze the impact of environmental factors on the efficiency value, then found that management systems is a key factor affect the efficiency of resource allocation,and has a qualitative analysis of the impact of various important factors in the integration phase.The paper also done a correlation analysis on the points of integration degree and efficiency of values,the results showed no significant correlation between two of them.Finally is a summary and outlook,pointed out some issues that need attention and made some advice feasibility.
