The Research And Improvement Of The Information System Audit Plan

Along with the development of information technology, theinformationization level of the society is improving continuously. Theenterprises will be increasingly dependent on the information system.Information system penetrates into all the fields of society and becomesthe base of different fields such as economy, politics, culture, etc.Meanwhile, close attention is paid to the information system audit dayby day.Information system audit means to assess all the procedures ofinformation system including planning, development, operation andmaintenance to confirm the management target can be achieved. Basedon the study on the theories relating to the audit of information system,combined with the company's information system planning and thecharacteristic of implementation, this paper designs a plan for acompany to carry out an audit on information system which clearlydefining the object, scope and content of the said audit. Furthermore, according to the information system audit plan, through interviewing theemployees of the C Company and consulting the relevant regulation, theC Company's information system development is understood. Throughquestionnaire, the audit key points and key areas are preliminarilydecided. After fulfilling the audit, the problems on the informationsystem of the C Company has been identified, such as problems aboutinformation data sharing, consistency and information system security.The company's information system is assessed from four areas includingcost-benefit, risk control, user satisfaction and sustainability. At the end,with the existing problems' follow up, the development of informationsystem is advanced and improved continuously.
