MES-based Dynamic Quality Management System Model Research For Tobacco Company

Currently most tobacco companies in China are still carrying out quality control and management based on results of testing the finished products, while they are weak in production process control stability. On the one hand,the digital divide between basic automation and management automation has become more and more obvious; on the other hand, with the restructuring integration of the tobacco industry, the old information management system of production plants can not meet the requirements of the collectivize management. These are the current status of China's tobacco industry.For the information problems in the integration of tobacco industry,the paper construct MES-based tobacco company dynamic quality management system model.The innovation of this paper is as follows:(1)The first analysis status and problems of tabacco industry information system under the four-tree situation, combined with the international standard definition of MES modules, constructed of MES-based tobacco company dynamic quality management system model to achieve three-tier enterprise systems integration; (2)MES depth the key technology, especially data disaster recovery technology to design multi-plant MES implementation of remote data disaster recovery architecture. This is the first time to build MES system for collectivized tobacco company with multi-plants. The model and its all function modules can be referred to by other tobacco companies for informatization construction.
