In the context of industrial 4 and its intelligent manufacturing being popular all over the world,the Chinese government formally adopted the grand strategy of "made in China 2025"in 2017.In this strategy,its core idea is the integration of informatization and industrialization,which is the so-called "Internet plus intelligent manufacturing" and in order to achieve this goal,means that the manufacturing enterprise must implement the digital factory,while the core of digital factory is a manufacturing execution system(Manufacturing Execution System,referred to as MES).However,the development and implementation of digital factory MES project,is not an easy task,compared with other information system project,because it has the characteristics of various industries are different,system integration difficult,involving more technology,lack of reference case characteristics,determines the risk management difficulty is particularly large,so it has special research value.In this paper,the risk management of MES project in a digital factory is studied.First of all,on the basis of the analysis of the domestic and international research status of risk management of MES project in digital factory,the status and risk management problems of MES project in a digital factory are deeply analyzed.Then,through the application of work breakdown structure,system function structure and risk factors of the project were decomposed,constructed WBS-RBS coupling matrix to conduct a comprehensive identification of project risk factors,and through the expert investigation and risk matrix method,the main risk factors were sorted and analyzed.Finally,based on the analysis of the characteristics of MES system in digital factory,the corresponding risk control strategy is put forward.I hope that the results of this paper can provide reference for the risk management of other MES projects.
