In recent years, as the development of multimedia technology, more and more electronic products with new features get more popularity, laptop computer industry is impacted deeply. On the other hand, the laptop computer industry has been expanding, which gets more intense competition. Therefore, in order to win more consumers, it requires more attention to customer satisfaction. Then it will give stability and development to the company.Based on the customer delivered value theory, this article chooses college students as subjects. The author learns from the advanced research results, uses empirical method of investigation, factor analysis and regression analysis, summarizes the impact of consumer satisfaction in the common factor. Then the author gives constructive comments by study survey data of consumer satisfaction for the X brand.In this paper, the author uses an empirical questionnaire, the questionnaire involves two aspects:one is consumers' cognitive experience in all aspects, that is, the importance of all aspects. The second is the indicators for consumer satisfaction. The questionnaire analyses the factors that impact the consumers' satisfaction from the consumers'awareness and practical experience feelings comparatively. Then the author does research for the X brand, presents the recommendations to enhance consumer satisfaction.
