As one of the most important resources of the corporation, leaders' thinking mode and behavior patterns play an important role in corporate performance. As the basis for corporate governance, ownership structure affects the cost of corporate governance and management efficiency, but also decided the company's decision-making bodies, executive agencies, and supervision of institutional structures, which ultimately affect the company's performance value. Therefore, base on the research of Bass on the structure dimension of the transactional leadership, this paper studies the structure dimension of the transactional leadership under the background of the specific Chinese culture and attempts to expand the structure dimensions by means of survey.This paper reviewed the literature related to the foundation at home and abroad, combined with China's Shanghai and Shenzhen-listed companies more than 80 automotive industry-specific characteristics of ownership structure and its more competent authorities to facilitate sampling for the study sample survey of leading theories guidance, comprehensive analysis of the theoretical assumptions and come to this model, ownership structure, leadership for the explanatory variables, the financial indicators as explanatory variables, SPSS statistical software applications in different ownership structure of the sample under the leadership behaviors and leadership effectiveness between relationship by describing the statistical analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other statistical analysis methods of empirical analysis and research, testing hypotheses and models and concluded that, while analysis of listed companies in the automotive industry under different ownership structure of leadership behaviors and leadership effectiveness the intrinsic relationship between the model and between the two.Finally, conclusions are obtained through empirical analysis and verifications, and these conclusions are basically consistent with the original conception model. The main conclusions are as follows:1. Leadership behavior is classified into transactional leadership and transformational leadership.2. Leadership effectiveness selects two dimensions---organizational commitment and KPI.3. The effectiveness of transactional leadership is higher than that of transformational leadership under highly concentrated ownership structure.4. Ownership structure has a strong mediating effect between leadership behavior and leadership effectiveness.
