After joining in WTO, our country gradually cancels the foreign bank limited. The financial market comes to open gradually; the competition is intense day by day. In the keen competition environment, domestic commercial bank enhancement its performance, diligently promotes the competitive power. Therefore, there is important to analysis our commercial bank performance and influencing factor.The special business and property debt structure decided the method which is suitable in common enterprise's analysis performance is not suitable for the commercial bank completely. This article manages performance take the commercial bank as the object of study. In the related research foundation, this article aims at main body, target, method choice and building model.This paper uses the method unifying the empirical study with the fundamental research, and comparative analysis our commercial bank's performance.Selects 2007-2009 years listing 14 banks data, according to the Model, constructs the bank analysis system. Based on the factor analysis method, calculates various Commercial banks performance synthesis score, synthetic evaluation to the Commercial bank performance.Finally, linking Commercial bank influencing factor of performance and commercial bank current situation, to discuss Commercial bank enhances the management achievements the measure. The state-owned Commercial bank should strengthen the reform equity right, cost management, property quality, enhances the management performance; The joint-stock Commercial bank should display its superiority, optimize system, formulate correct strategy, further enhances the management performance; The supervision organization should create external environment for the Commercial bank.
