As China's financial sector continued to deepen the reformation, the competition among banks is becoming increasingly fierce. The competition and development of modern commercial banks has started to break the framework of traditional business, and financial innovation and service are the main means to comprehensively develop the financial services.Customers want beside the traditional financial services more value-added services, such as payroll agency, payment agency, tickets agency, cross-bank (system) transfer, real-time payment, personal payment plans, financial information services and other functions of services. As a result, such bank business now known as the "intermediary business" has become a new growth point for the business of banks, and increasingly an indispensable part of the expansion of commercial banks, as well as an important direction of future development.However, the development of intermediary business in China is still in its infancy compared with developed countries. There are many inadequacies:the businesses types are few, and at low levees; the size of business is small and the level of profitability is low; means of services are running behind; market competition order is in chaos. The reason, the author believes, can be broadly divided into operational management issues, idea issues and external environmental issues.Chengdu Branch of Bank A is the Provincial-level management branch set up in Sichuan Province by A Bank. In this paper, the author working in bank A developed jointly with the front desk the "intermediate business management information system", hence this paper will discuss the Banks of business management information systems, Consisting of five chapters.ChapterⅠ. intermediary banking of commercial banks:This chapter introduces intermediary banking, including definitions, characteristics, classification, and then introduced between domestic and foreign commercial banks, business development, the problems and solutions and so on.ChapterⅡ. intermediary BANKING problems in the management of bank A:A chapter introduces an overview of the Bank and its intermediary business, as well as the problem with management and operation.ChapterⅢmanagement information system of BANK A's intermediary business:Bank A under this chapter the development of intermediary business problems, introduced the design and arrangement of middle of management information system.chapterⅣ. improvements on the development of intermediary Banking:of this chapter describes problems OF bank A and comments.followed by the Conclusion and development and innovation involved in the Chinese Commercial Banks.The author hope that this essay could provide help to the intermediary business of Chengdu Branch of Bank A, and also hope this essay could provide reference to application and development for the intermediary business information system of other provincial-level branched of Bank A and other domestic banks.Thank you for taking the time to read the limited knowledge of the author, the text may have errors and omissions.
