The contents, forms and features of enterprises competitiveness have great change, following the transform of the circumstances and the demands of market for the reasons of the economy, the policy, the population and the environment. The time which the competitive advantage of the enterprises will more and more short. The result of market competition will be more a reflection of the "fast fish eats the slow" rather than "big fish eats the small." An enterprise must own dynamic, flexible, quickly and reconfigurable capability to respond the changing of competitive target and market when it under this kind of situation. It is ought to produce new outputs and fine quality services in a low cost. Based on this viewpoint, Professor Ke put forward the enterprises reconfigurable competitiveness which combined with the speeding economic and the reconfigurable capability of the competitiveness. The theory opened up a new area of the study of the enterprises competitiveness, it became the new power which support the existent and persistent development of enterprises.. The paper will research the competitive units of the enterprises reconfigurable competitiveness based on this theory.First of all, after a brief introduction of the basic theory, the paper describes the theory of the enterprises reconfigurable competitiveness, including the conception, the level of the constitution, the type of the units, the process of reconstruction and so on.Secondly, with the systemic viewpoints and methods, this paper studies the nature of the competitive units. It divides the kind of nature into natural attributes and social attributes. The units have characters involving reconfiguration, reusability, range adjustable, agility, cooperation and competitiveness. Meanwhile, it establishes the model which can evaluate the units'nature based on the improved AHP. Then it can ascertain the influencing of each character, and analyses related statistics in realistic cases. Thirdly, the competitive unit has two functions. On the one hand, the competitive unit is not only the component of the enterprises reconfigurable competitiveness, but also the foundation of reconstruction. On the other hand, with the internal factors, the competitive unit enhances the enterprises reconfigurable competitiveness to a certain extent.Finally, the paper studies the relationship of information interaction, function association and economic relation of the competitive unit. Analyzing information interaction and the function association by qualitative analysis, and analyzing the economic relation by quantitative analysis. Establishing AHP model to distribute the fair interest benefit between the people and the units which joined in the reconstruction. With differential method, researching the units'cost price, foster period cycle. The paper think, the more times the competitive unit join in the reconstruction, the less cost of the competitive unit. And it must maintain and update the competitive unit according to the foster period cycle to ensure the performance of the competitive unit.
