Due to China government has opened continuous the 3rd party testing industry or market,and an increasing number of the 3rd party testing institutions or companies has to run or set in China market.In present,there are more than 20,000 testing institutions and companies in China,which include foreign-owned companies,state-owned institutions and private companies.The current situation of the 3rd party testing market is low technology capability,poor service spirit,low market creditworthiness and satisfaction,violent market competition,price war and so on.Efficient competition strategies have contributed to companies to set reasonable position in sharp market competition,and help these companies or to be stronger.The text will take the competition strategy of SGS company RFC business unit an example,while apply PEST Model,Customer demand analysis,Michael Porter's Five Forces Model and etc to analyze external environments and the 3rd party testing industry,and summarize to the faced Opportunity and Threat of SGS company RFC business unit.Apply Resource analysis and Capability analysis and Value chain model to analyze the Business unit owed to internal enviroment resource,capability and core competence,and summarize the business unit faced Strength and Weakness.And apply SWOT model,QSPM related theory konwledges and combined SGS group goals and tenet to analyze and conclude the available differential competition strategy planning,that is based on marketing trend and SGS group platform to promot our service,focused to cultivate professional skills and service sense;Strengthen the internal capability of vertical integration,and motivate and adjust the psychology and salaries of the core positions and core staffs;Enhance market segments strategy and defferentiation project development.According to the Business unit differential competition strategies to adjust Organization Chart,Incentive System,team culture…and to make sure the adjusted strategy will be carried out successful.The finally goal is to increasing revenue,enlarging market share,enhance company competitiveness,and built a health and sustainable development company.Research on SGS company RFC business unit will help company have enough confident to face sharp market competition.When global economic go down,it will provide some academic guidance,and will help the 3rd party testing industry find new blue ocean strategy in red ocean market.
